O fogão de contato combinado tem duas camadas paralelas de correias antiaderentes proporcionando cozimento de contato em ambos os lados simultaneamente. A comida é totalmente cozida e maravilhosamente dourada. Tem uma ampla aplicação para produtos formados, músculo inteiro, marinados, desossados ou desossados.
